Payment

Your journey is confirmed once payment has been received.

Payments are securely processed through trusted international payment providers and major card networks.

Payment details and available payment methods will be provided in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation & Refunds

As our journeys are carefully arranged in advance with selected accommodation partners to secure seasonal availability and preferred rates, confirmed bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Flights

Flights are booked separately. However, flight suggestions and guidance can be provided upon request.

Travel insurance

We recommend travel insurance covering cancellations, medical situations, delays and unexpected travel changes.
