Booking deposit

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your booking is secured once the deposit has been received.

Final payment

The final payment is due approximately 30–45 days before departure. The exact due date will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation

Flexible cancellation terms apply depending on the resort and travel services included in your booking. Any applicable cancellation terms and fees will be outlined before your reservation is confirmed.

Any cancellation fees will be clearly communicated before your booking is confirmed.

Flights

Flights are booked separately, though assistance with flight arrangements is available upon request.

Travel insurance

We recommend travel insurance covering cancellations, medical situations, delays and unexpected travel changes.
